1. Introduction and Acceptance

5. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payments

5.1 Deposits

phspin accepts deposits through various payment methods including, but not limited to, GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), bank transfers (BDO, BPI, Metrobank, UnionBank), 7-Eleven Cliqq, USDT TRC20, and Coins.ph. The minimum deposit amount is One Hundred Philippine Pesos (PHP 100.00) for e-wallet transactions and Two Hundred Philippine Pesos (PHP 200.00) for bank transfers, unless otherwise specified.

All deposits are subject to the following conditions:

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the phspin Platform, including but not limited to logos, trademarks, trade names, graphics, game assets, software, text, and visual designs, is the intellectual property of phspin or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the phspin Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any phspin content without prior written consent;
• Use any phspin trademark or trade name in any manner that could cause confusion or imply endorsement; or

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phspin's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

phspin shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, even if phspin has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. phspin makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's availability, reliability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

11. Dispute Resolution

11.1 Internal Complaints Procedure

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding any aspect of phspin's services, you should in the first instance contact our customer support team. Our support team is available twenty-four (24) hours a day, seven (7) days a week. We will acknowledge your complaint within forty-eight (48) hours and endeavour to resolve the matter within ten (10) business days.

11.2 Escalation

If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction through our internal complaints procedure, you may escalate the matter to PAGCOR, the regulatory authority with jurisdiction over phspin's gaming operations. phspin will cooperate fully with any regulatory investigation or review process.

11.3 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through the procedures outlined above shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.

12. Termination and Suspension

phspin reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account, and to withhold or void any funds, winnings, or bonuses in your account, at our sole discretion, in the following circumstances:

• You have violated any provision of these Terms;
• We have reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity;
• Your account is subject to a court order, legal process, or regulatory directive;
• You have provided false or misleading registration information;
• Regulatory requirements or licensing conditions necessitate account closure; or
• You have requested a self-exclusion under our Responsible Gaming policy.

Upon termination for reasons other than fraud or regulatory non-compliance, phspin will return any verified, withdrawable balance remaining in your account to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of all outstanding KYC requirements.

You may close your phspin account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Account closure requests will be processed within three (3) business days. Closing your account does not affect any rights or obligations that accrued prior to the closure date.

13. Amendments to Terms

phspin reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time.
